I am hereby enrolling my breeding stallion as an 'ELITE STALLION' with animalregistration.org, which will collectively be in affect for BOTH AqHR & ADNAR foal applications. While my stallion is actively enrolled, ARA agrees to contact me upon receiving a foal or offspring application with my stallion listed as the SIRE. My contact information in this form is current and correct. ARA will reach out via email first, then phone if necessary for approval or denial of said foal. If I fail to reply within 30 days, ARA may issue a certificate for said offspring at their discretion.

Even with my stallion listed here, I agree to immediately report any misconduct, fraud, or theft. Because of the rules and regulations allowing foals & horses with a partial pedigree to be registered, a shady mare owner/ breeder could apply for foal registration, omitting sire info (indicating 'UNKNOWN') & we would have no way of preventing such registration with ARA if we're not made aware of the misconduct.
