Application & testing fees are non refundable. But, FEAR NOT! Your horse WILL be registered AND you WILL receive a hardcopy registration certificate, despite any challenges that may be encountered throughout the process. We work with you to ensure your horse receives the most accurate, comprehensive certificate.
